Concerns about will writing code

Non-lawyer will writers will now have a new code of practice to follow. The Office of Fair Trading has recently approved this document created by the Institute of Professional Will Writers. After following obligations the non-lawyers are authorised to use the Office of Fair Trading approved logo.

There is applause that attempts are being made to safeguard the public.
