Young talent learn the ropes

Recently dedicated team members at Brendan Fleming Solicitors came in to work on a Saturday to learn all about family law.  This was very exciting for them as they got to learn more about our work and develop their skills further.

They started the day with a bacon sandwich and a good cuppa and our young trainees couldn’t wait to get going. Why shouldn’t they - family law is a fascinating area of the legal profession, and requires a person to have an incredibly broad range of skills.

Our team will have to understand, evaluate and question expert reports from a broad range of areas. For example reports from Doctors in many medical fields, such as paediatrics, radiology, neurology, toxicology and psychiatry. As well as keeping up to date with the ever changing world of social workers. And of course, learn all the skills needed to do the best for our Clients. And that is just the beginning.

Our newest recruits have joined the firm after hearing about our Ten Commandments. They really wanted to be working for a team that put Clients first. As they share our philosophy, and are committed to being the best they can be for our Clients, we took them for a drink at our favourite local pub.

Brendan Fleming is over the moon that his brilliant trainees are getting the opportunity to further their career here. Bringing new talent into the field is one of our passions here at Brendan Flemings, as they are the future of Family Law.
