Both child-friendly and reassuringly safe, the Family Lounge is essentially a contact room where children can meet parents or guardians in a relaxed environment that is both neutral and convenient.

The setting also allows such contacts to be observed by the professionals such as social workers who need to monitor and assess progress.

At times when an office environment is just not the place to achieve the best from any situation, the Family Lounge can provide a non-pressurised atmosphere and environment where people feel they can talk freely and openly.
