Here at Brendan Fleming Solicitors we pride ourselves on being regarded as one of the leading public law firms in the Midlands. In point of fact, as of July 2010, the legal services commission considers us to be one of the top two firms in Birmingham for the delivery of publicly funded service. They also complimented us for our high success rate when acting for parents in care proceedings.
We have a very strong five-member team of solicitors, three of whom are on the Specialist Children's Panel.
They are very ably backed-up by committed case workers, as we strive to ensure our clients receive the very best in everything that we do.
We act on behalf of parents but we are also appointed by the Court to act on behalf of children who are the subject or care proceedings. And we are frequently approached by kinship carers such as aunts, uncles and grandparents to pursue their applications through court.
To complement our service we have a family lounge in our offices where children can meet with their parents and where clients can meet with various experts involved in their cases.
We are often referred cases by the Parents Against Injustice and have conducted a number of successful cases on behalf of this organisation which has led to children remaining with their parents. One of our recent successes was the subject of a story in the Sunday Telegraph.
