In this case, we represented a mother. Allegations were made as to the cause of a fractured femur and several ribs. The mother was removed from the pool of possible perpetrators by the Local Authority at the conclusion of the finding of fact hearing. The father was found to have caused the injuries. Work was done with the family, with the child returning to the care of the mother initially and further work done with the father until he returned to the family home. The case concluded with a No Order.
