In this case we represented a mother. The child had sustained bruising to his genitals. The child was initially removed from the care of his mother and placed with his great grandmother with the mother having very regular contact. A paediatirican was instructed in this matter. The father accepted causing the injuries to the child accidentally. The child returned to the care of his mother. The case concluded with a 12-month Supervision Order being made.
