Child’s Fracture Leads to Supervision Order

In this case we represented a mother.  Her non-mobile child had sustained a fracture to her right humerous.  Due to how young the child was it was considered that the injury was non-accidental.  A finding of fact hearing took place at which findings were made against the father.  The mother was exonerated, and the child returned home to her care. The case concluded under a Supervision Order to enable assistance to be offered surrounding contact between the child and father.
