Re T (2019)

In this case we represented a father.  Allegations had been made about the causation of subdural and retinal haemorrhages.  The father had accepted an accidental shake of the child.  The court found following a finding of fact hearing that there had been a momentary loss of control.  The child was returned to the care of the mother and a plan of work with the father was put into place with a  view to him being rehabilitated back into the family home.  The case concluded with a Supervision Order.
