In this case, we represented a father. The youngest child, who had not long started to cruise, sustained a skull fracture. Following the medical expert being instructed, the local authority withdrew their application before the court and the child was returned home. The experts could not rule out that an unwitnessed fall onto a hard floor or fireplace could have caused the fracture.
