In this case, we represented a mother. Allegations had been made about the causation of a fractured arm and metaphyseal fractures to the leg. The expert was instructed. The local authority removed the mother from the pool of possible perpetrators following some of the expert reports. A finding of fact hearing found that the father was responsible for the injuries. Work was put in place with the family and the father returned to the family home. The case concluded with No Order being made.
