In this case we represented a mother in respect of her two children who had been accused of causing a number of bruises to one of the children, some were to the face. It was decided that although the injuries were considered to be non-accidental in nature due to the lack of a clear credible explanation for the injuries the children were permitted to return to the care of the parents under a 12 month Supervision Order.
