In this case we represented a father who had been accused of causing bruises and grazes to his 3 children. The children remained in the care of the father whilst investigations were ongoing. A Paediatrician was instructed to assist the Court. It was determined that the mother had at times failed to exercise appropriate supervision of the children. It was decided that the children had also sustained further bruises and minor grazes whilst they were not in the care of the mother. The children remained in the care of the father at the conclusion of the proceedings under a Supervision Order.
