In this case we represented a mother in respect of her 2 children. One of the children had been presented to hospital with a fractured clavicle and numerous bruises to the head, trunk, back and both legs. Mother accepted that the injuries were caused by a lack of supervision. The children returned to the care of the mother under a Supervision Order.
